There are thousands of plant-based/vegan recipes out there! Although, not all of them are simple, and you may not always have the fancy ingredients in your cupboard that the recipes call for. Small, simple changes can be life-changing.
Not everyone is on a plant-based journey. And that's okay. We have to respect the choices people make for themselves. That said, what do you do when you feel the pressure to eat the yummy treats at the house party or wedding, or work conference?
Understanding the nutrients that your body needs is key to maintaining a healthy weight. You CAN be plant-based but not necessarily "healthy".
