So many people have shared with me that although they would like to be 100% plant based, or even partially, they get overwhelmed in the grocery store. It’s hard to even know where to start because the last thing anyone wants is tasteless, bland food! This guide will provide you some helpful tips and staple items that I have in my pantry and frig. Also, you will find many of the items in simple, plant-based recipes. Oh, and a bonus is that I’ll share with you one of my favorite recipes! ENJOY!
There are so many diets out there - The no carb diet, the liquid diet, the high protein diet, the raw diet, etc, etc. A plant-based lifestyle isn’t a diet. It doesn’t promote one macronutrient over another (if you’re not sure what a macronutrient is, get this free guide). And just because you’re plant based doesn’t necessarily equate to a healthy weight. You have to learn what works for YOUR body! This guide will share tips on the importance of reading food labels and why.
